The Government Land Development Program aims to create a strategic partnership with the private sector through a competitive bidding process.

Real estate developers will be given the opportunity to bid on government lands in order to develop sustainable social housing projects.

The GLDP initiative will increase affordable housing units to eligible beneficiaries through creative financial solutions launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
